Ⅰ、㊣12Cr2Mo1VR钢板简介

12Cr2Mo1VR钢板是中低温压力钢板，广泛应用于石油、化工、电站,锅炉等行业,国内舞钢生产。

Ⅱ、㊣12Cr2Mo1VR尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差

钢板的尺寸、外形及允许偏差应符合GB/T 709--2006的规定；根据需方要求，经供需双方协议，可供应偏差更严格的钢板；钢板按理论重量交货，理论计重采用的厚度为钢板允许的big厚度和一颗影厚度的算术平均值，计算用钢板密度为7.85g/cm3。

Ⅲ、㊣12Cr2Mo1VR交货状态：正火+回火或淬火+回火（调质）

正火N：将钢板加热至适宜温度在空气中进行冷却跟退火相似

回火T :将钢板在某一适当温度下进行长时间保温在冷却

淬火Q:是将钢板加热保温和在水油或其他无机盐等介质中快速冷却

产地：舞钢，执行标准为GB/T 713-2014。

Ⅵ、㊣12Cr2Mo1VR表面质量

钢板表面不允许存在裂纹、气泡、结疤、折叠和夹杂等对使用有害的缺陷。钢板侧面不得有分层。

Ⅶ、㊣12Cr2Mo1VR钢板应用范围：

广泛应用于石油、化工、电站,锅炉等行业,用于制作反应器、换热器、分离器、球罐、油气罐、液化气罐、核能反应堆压力壳、锅炉汽包、液化石油气瓶、水电站高压水管、水轮涡壳等设备及构件。
